- We offer local delivery across the GTA and surrounding areas.
- Delivery timelines vary depending on product availability and order volume.
- Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery or pickup time.
🔹 Delivery Method (Curbside Delivery)
- All deliveries are curbside only.
- This means items will be delivered to:
- Your driveway, or
- Inside your garage (if accessible at time of delivery)
- Our team is not responsible for bringing items inside the home, upstairs, or into specific rooms.
🔹 Delivery Requirements
- A signature is required upon delivery or pickup to confirm receipt of goods in acceptable condition.
- Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the driveway or garage.
- If no one is available to receive the order, additional delivery fees may apply for rescheduling.
🔹 Inspection Upon Receipt
- Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery or pickup.
- Any visible damage, defects, or missing items must be reported immediately and noted at the time of signing.

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
- All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
