RenoPro Co. shall not be responsible for installation costs, labor charges, contractor fees, project delays, or related expenses resulting from incorrect measurements, ordering errors, or product selections made by the customer.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance by RenoPro Co.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Orders may not be cancelled once they have been processed, prepared, customized, scheduled for pickup, or scheduled for delivery.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and additional fees may be added at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

RenoPro Co. is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, weather conditions, traffic, customs processing, labor disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery or pickup.

Any shortages, defects, damages, or incorrect products must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Products signed for or accepted at delivery or pickup shall be deemed received in satisfactory condition unless otherwise documented at the time of receipt.

Risk of loss and responsibility for products transfer to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be uninstalled.
  • Product must be in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
