Returns & Exchanges
At RenoPro Co., we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for transportation and return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon by RenoPro Co.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or pickup.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with photos and details of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
Please note:
- Products are considered accepted in good condition once signed for at delivery or picked up.
- RenoPro Co. is not responsible for damages reported after delivery that were not documented at the time of receipt.

- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before dispatch or pickup scheduling.
Once an order has been processed, prepared, or scheduled for pickup or delivery, cancellation requests may be subject to fees.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, the fastest option is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees, within approximately 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
